Your Customers' Data

When Watchtower texts your customers on your behalf, their phone numbers and conversation data are stored securely in our database. This data belongs to you — we use it only to operate the service and never sell it or share it with third parties.

Your customers can opt out of receiving automated texts at any time by replying STOP to any message.
