By signing up for Watchtower Solutions, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

The Service

Watchtower Solutions provides done-for-you website builds, missed call text-back automation, and Facebook/Instagram ad management for local businesses. Services are billed according to the plan you select at signup.

Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate business information during onboarding
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws including TCPA
• You must not use the service to send spam, harass individuals, or violate any laws
• You are responsible for the content of your business profile and how it shapes AI responses
• You must keep your login credentials secure

Payment and Billing

• Subscription plans are billed monthly according to the plan selected
• Bundle plans (Growth, Full Package) include a one-time $500 website setup fee, charged at signup
• Billing begins after your free trial period
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled
• Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun
• Ad Management plans require separate ad spend, billed directly by Meta

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

SMS Compliance

By using Watchtower's text-back service, you confirm that your customers have a reasonable expectation of being contacted by your business. You are responsible for ensuring this use complies with TCPA and any other applicable messaging laws. All automated messages include opt-out instructions as required by law.

Limitations of Service

• AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be imperfect
• We do not guarantee specific results or a specific number of recovered leads, website conversions, or ad performance
• Service availability is subject to third-party providers and may occasionally be interrupted

Limitation of Liability

Watchtower's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the most recent month of service. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or any indirect damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
